Please read carefully through the project rules/terms and conditions associated with Purple500 Technologies, LLC. All services and projects provided by Purple500 Technologies, LLC are specifically connected by terms and conditions to manage client/developer expectations and outcomes, and to protect both you, “The Client” and “Purple500 Technologies, LLC”. By reading these terms and conditions, and paying your invoice for your project, you are agreeing to the sole conditions of our business.
Please understand that at any time, Purple500 Technologies has the right to change and/or edit our Terms and Conditions, and our pricing without notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services, app, and accessing our website will indicate your agreement to our updated Terms and Conditions. Any projects started on or before the adjusted price change or Terms and Conditions change, will continue to remain as is.
Purple500 Technologies has the right to refuse or reject to work on projects for any reason and at any time. Reasons include but not limited to, vulgarity, client/developer business issues, or unreachable turnaround times. This includes before and during the production process. All fees paid by the client are non-refundable.
Payments must be paid-in-full before submitting your app to the app stores for approval.
Please see Project Creation Stages for more information. Requested rush projects need to be submitted one month in advance to the expected completion date. This time frame does not include app store approval times. Please see App Content for approval times. Rush developments will incur a fee of $750. Your monthly maintenance fee payments will be due on the same day the following month and every month after, once your app has been submitted to the app stores. If your monthly mobile app maintenance fee or Expoz Media subscription payment default, your app will be suspended from the app stores and your Expoz Media page will be removed. App reinstatements after suspension will incur a fee of $500. Expoz Media member page reinstatements after removal will incur a fee of $50.
All projects are non-refundable. No refunds are given for any promotional sale prices and invoices must be paid in full to receive the finished project. If for any reason client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by you, The Client. No fee to cancel; Cancel at any time.
If submitted images are not acceptable, a choice of 10 images will be available to the client to choose from, according to the client’s preference. If the client does not have images but wishes to add them, they may put in a request during the Design stage. The client will have a choice of 10 images to choose from. Client’s app icon, professional logo, and personal images should be submitted in JPG, JPEG or PNG format under 10MB. Purple500 does not use the copyrighted or trademarked material. Shutterstock images will be available for the client to use.
High-quality images should be submitted. Images should be clear and free of distortion. No vulgarity images will be accepted. JPG, JPEG or PNG Format only, under 10MB.
Any color(s) may be chosen by the client to design their app. The client will supply the app’s verbiage (spelling and grammar check will not be available). Projects will be rejected due to vulgarity, or anything that Purple500 Technologies deem inappropriate. We will not only protect what is in our best interests but our client’s best interests as well. The app’s description that is displayed in the Google Play Store or Apple Store will be written by the client as well. Apps will be published after the platform’s app store approves them. If for any reason the client’s app is rejected, necessary app changes will need to be made to move forward. Google Play Store usually approve apps within 1-3 days. Apple Store can take up to 3 weeks. Approval time may vary.
Suggested communication tool: Email and Phone. All communication via phone will be followed by an email. Written communication is important to protect both parties. This will ensure that both parties are still in agreement. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from our team. After a year of no communication with the client, all services are deemed incomplete and services are no longer available.
Basic changes include:
Verbiage Change (Verbiage cannot alter your app’s design)
Changes may incur a fee.
Major changes include:
Total app design change (Turnaround will vary).
App name changes: If the client chooses to change their app’s name, the client will be responsible for updating their current users of the change if the app has been published to the app’s store(s). The users of the app will need to replace the current app with the newly named app from the app’s store to stay current with updates and notifications.
Changes may incur a fee.
